PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence police said Friday that four juveniles were arrested in connection with a break-in at a smoke shop.
According to police, they responded to 170 Atwells Ave. for a reported break-in at Lava Smoke Shop at around 1 a.m. on April 18.
