Wonderful weekend ahead for the stateline

(WIFR) – We had a few showers and storms early on this morning, and even had an errant tornado warning for our western counties. If your phone or weather radio went off, don’t worry, there wasn’t an actual tornado warning, the National Weather Service drew the polygon a bit too far. In the wake of those showers, we’ve had temperatures cooler than yesterday, but still wonderful in the upper 60s to lower 70s despite mostly cloudy conditions. Clouds are quickly clearing out through the rest of the afternoon into the evening, so if you wanted to fire up the grill or sit on a patio for dinner, it would be a great evening to do so!
