Caitlyn ‘Cat’ Carman’s bench finds home at Family Park

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The bench, one of two placed in the Vermillion area, wasn’t originally supposed to be at Family Park in west Sioux Falls.

“Shortly after Caitlyn passed away, her friends at USD did a fundraiser to purchase two benches,” Barb Olson of Sioux Falls said Friday. “One bench was placed at Jolley Elementary where Caitlyn worked, and the other was placed down by the river along some walking trails where Caitlyn used to take walks.”
