David Hasselhoff Spotted Using Walker While Recovering from Surgery

David Hasselhoff, the 73-year-old actor best known for his role on Baywatch, was recently seen using a walking frame during a daytime outing in Los Angeles with his wife, Hayley Roberts. The couple was photographed crossing a parking lot in the West Hills neighborhood, prompting some concern among fans about Hasselhoff’s health.

Dressed casually in a gray T-shirt, black sweatpants, and a beige Nashville hat, Hasselhoff was seen steadying himself with both hands on the walker. Roberts, 45, accompanied him in athleisure wear, including blue yoga pants and a pink hat, as they kept a low profile during their stroll.

A spokesperson for Hasselhoff clarified that the actor is currently recuperating from knee and hip replacement surgeries and is actively undergoing physical therapy. They emphasized that he is “doing well and feeling good,” aiming to reassure the public amid recent health-related speculation.

This appearance follows previous reports from May 2025, when Hasselhoff was photographed in a wheelchair at Los Angeles International Airport ahead of scheduled knee surgery. At that time, he candidly shared with photographers that he was experiencing significant pain.

Hasselhoff and Roberts have been together since 2011 and married in a private ceremony in Italy in July 2018. Roberts has often expressed her admiration for her husband publicly, once calling him “kind, thoughtful with a huge heart” and “one of the nicest people I know.”

Before marrying Roberts, Hasselhoff was married twice-first to actress Catherine Hickland and then to Pamela Bach. Tragically, Bach passed away by suicide in March 2025 at age 62. Hasselhoff, who shares two daughters with Bach, did not attend her funeral but issued a heartfelt statement expressing the family’s sorrow and asking for privacy during their time of mourning.

Despite the recent images drawing attention, Hasselhoff’s representatives maintain that he is progressing well in his recovery and remains in good spirits as he focuses on his health and rehabilitation.
