Shires advised police that he could not view the content for himself because the page was only available to be viewed by those approved by the creator. He followed that up by telling officers that his ex-wife, Cavazos-Shires, had been harassing him since their separation and was who he believed was operating the account.

After an investigation into the incident, Cavazos-Shires was arrested and charged with Harassment and Online Impersonation on Thursday, April 23. She has since posted bond and was released from the Lubbock County Detention Center…
