LUBBOCK, Texas — Friday, May 29, marks 26 years since the murder of Texas Tech pre-med student Stefanie Hill at the Indiana Village apartments in north Lubbock.
On the night of May 29, 2000, Lubbock Police say Hill finished her shift as a hostess at Outback Steakhouse in south Lubbock and went home to her apartment.
