OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – In 2012, “moving day” arrived for more than 175 men at Omaha’s Open Door Mission.
The new Garland Thompson Men’s Center opened its doors. The center made space for more than 300 men to sleep, along with 18 new washers and dryers.
The men staying there also got new sleepwear and storage space for their belongings…
