Adult, 3 children displaced in early morning Central NY fire

Auburn, N.Y. – An adult and three children were displaced Sunday morning after a fire tore through a multi-unit home in the city of Auburn, according to the city’s fire department.

No firefighters or residents of the two-story structure were harmed, according to a Facebook post from the Auburn Fire Department. It took about 90 minutes to bring the fire under control.

The call for firefighters first came into the Cayuga County 911 center around 3:49 a.m., according to the post. Units were at the scene at 118 North St. within three minutes, and a working structure fire was quickly reported…
