HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office have apprehended a suspect hiding in an attic during a warrant service.
The arrest took place in the 15300 block of Sierra Pines Ct., where the suspect attempted to evade capture by concealing himself in the attic. Deputies, including members of the Special Operations Unit and K-9 Unit, quickly located and arrested the individual without incident, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
The suspect had an active felony warrant for assault, which was confirmed by the deputies. “Criminals can run, but they cannot hide. Our deputies will find you and hold you accountable.
