TOWN OF BROOKLYN – A second passenger involved in an April 18 utility terrain vehicle crash in the town of Brooklyn has died, the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office said.
In a news release, the sheriff’s office identified the second victim as Timothy Kamphuis, 46.
