ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman is accused of starting a small fire outside her neighbor’s house last month.
According to a probable cause statement from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police, the fire was set on March 10 in the 4100 block of Turner Avenue, located in the city’s O’Fallon neighborhood.
