Celebrating Oregon History: History buffs across Oregon will descend upon Woodburn this spring for a celebration of the state’s heritage. The city will host this year’s Oregon Heritage Conference — titled Stories, Culture, Place: Weaving Community Heritage — from April 29 through May 2 at multiple venues in downtown Woodburn.
The Woodburn Historical Museum, located at 455 N. Front St., will act as the home base for the event where attendees can register, and workshops will take place throughout the weekend at the Woodburn Bungalow Theatre, Woodburn Public Library, Woodburn City Hall, Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce, Chemeketa Community College, Woodburn Masonic Hall and Belle Pasi Cemetery…
