A 73-year-old driver has died days after suffering serious injuries in a Route 222 collision in Lower Macungie Township.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Gale Ann Lombardi of Allentown. Lombardi was pronounced dead just before 6:45 p.m. Friday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township.
