EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A major development in the Crocker case could be announced Monday morning outside the Effingham County Courthouse.
Elwyn Crocker Sr., accused of murdering two of his children, is expected to appear in court at 9 a.m. Monday for a motion hearing with Judge Matthew Hube presiding.
