A 24-year-old man has died after being pulled from a house fire in Birmingham a few days earlier.
Officials say Daneon Abercrombie was pulled from a burning home in the 6500 block of 2nd Avenue South Thursday afternoon. Birmingham Fire and Rescue crews responded to the scene around 2:58 p.m. and found Abercrombie inside the house.
