A meat provider has filed suit against 19 restaurants in the Pihakis Restaurant Group in Shelby County Circuit Court, seeking almost $400,000.
The suit, filed Monday by Birmingham-based Evans Meats, is the latest chapter for the restaurant group, which has seen several restaurants permanently and temporarily closed in the last three weeks.
