EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office officials say an Evansville couple is in jail on multiple drug charges.
According to an affidavit, when officers were on routine patrol, they saw a vehicle traveling in the area of East Columbia Street without a functioning license plate light.
