Community Health System — California’s fifth-largest healthcare provider, operating four hospitals in the Fresno area including Community Regional Medical Center, Clovis Community Medical Center, Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, and Community Behavioral Health Center — has been out of network with Blue Shield of California since February 1, 2026.
