Greensboro approves $8.1M for affordable housing, six new developments planned

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro City Council has approved more than $8.1 million in combined federal funds and local bond dollars to support six affordable housing developments across the city.

Greensboro City Council voted at its April 21 meeting to fund new construction and rehabilitation projects totaling 398 affordable multifamily housing units.
