LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster man will serve up to 21 years in state prison after admitting to his role in a botched robbery of a stolen handgun that resulted in a shooting that killed one of his co-conspirators and seriously injured a teenager in 2022.
Luis Javier Rivera pleaded guilty in January to aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, robbery and criminal use of communication facility, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
