LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster woman is facing felony charges after police say she used SNAP benefits from several other peoples’ EBT cards.
Patrice Garcia, 38, is accused of unlawfully using EBT cards issued to four other people between Oct. 6, 2024, and Oct. 23, 2024. Police said she completed eight transactions at Lancaster and York food stores using the stolen EBT cards, totaling $1,564.80.
She also conspired with a man, who has not yet been charged, to complete additional purchases with the EBT cards…
