COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) – The attorney for the man accused of shooting and killing a surgeon inside Collierville’s Campbell Clinic back in 2023 is once again raising questions about his client’s mental competency.
Larry Pickens will appear in court next month. His attorney, John Dolan, appeared in court Monday morning without him.
Dolan is petitioning for a state-covered mental evaluation of his client.
