NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A food truck owner in West Nashville has been forced to temporarily close after he claims someone stole the generator from his truck. He told News 2 the same thing happened just over a year ago.
Several years ago, Greg Knotek wanted to take a taste of Chicago on the road and started his pizza food truck, which operates out of Citizen Kitchens in West Nashville, along with several other food truck owners. Gio’s Chicago Pizza is named after Knotek’s oldest grandson.
