RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Nico Rivera, the man involved in a deadly fight in Scott’s Addition in 2024, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Monday.
Rivera was accused of throwing a single punch at 27-year-old Jacob Baldwin, knocking him to the ground. Baldwin was rushed to the hospital but died days later from his injuries.
