SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Light showers persist in some parts of inland San Diego County on Monday morning after a weekend of spotty showers.
Some of the heaviest rain over the weekend happened on Saturday night, and two-day totals reached the highest in mountain areas, such as Palomar Mountain with .86 inches and Julian with .76 inches.
Vista and Carlsbad were the coastal areas with the most rain across two days, reaching .49 inches and .32 inches, respectively…
