TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A downtown Toledo homeless shelter has been forced to close after a fire broke out there Monday morning.
Fire investigators determined the fire was intentionally set. According to court documents, Edward Belcher was arrested and charged with aggravated arson.
