BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The family of a man fatally shot at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Baton Rouge has filed a wrongful death lawsuit, nearly a year after his death during an argument, court records show.
The lawsuit was filed Monday, April 27, in the 19th Judicial District Court.
