ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A man is arrested after police say he threatened to find and batter a Rockford Police officer on Monday, April 27.
According to police, officers observed Lamar Sockwell, 22, riding an E-bike on the roadway without an activated front light in the 3000 block of North Rockton Avenue.
Police said eye contact was made with Sockwell before he cut through a lot to Prial Avenue, continuing to ride on the roadway and through a driveway before emerging onto Glenwood west of Rockton Avenue…
