EVERGREEN, Colo. — A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to ramming into law enforcement vehicles in a Walmart parking lot and leading officers on a chase last fall.
Tyler Young, 33, was sentenced on Monday to 13 years in prison, followed by three years of parole. In March, he pleaded guilty to first-degree motor vehicle theft, vehicular eluding and second-degree assault, according to a media release from the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office. The other counts against Young were dropped due to the plea agreement.
