SIOUX FALLS — A Sioux Falls man is in police custody after authorities say he threatened an EMT attempting to help him with a knife.
Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, April 25, police in Sioux Falls were called to a business in the area of East Arrowhead Parkway and South Foss Avenue for a report of a weapons violation.
