SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An Oklahoma man was arrested in Sioux Falls for stealing a handgun from the state of Washington.
Around 3 p.m. Saturday, at a business near 41st Street and Interstate 29, someone texted 911 about a man who was armed with a gun.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the man outside the business and detained him in the parking lot. Officers found a handgun in the man’s waistband. The handgun was reported stolen in Washington in 2025.
