Oregon transfer and former top-50 prospect Jamari Phillips headed to old Pac-12 foe

After two years with the Oregon Ducks, sophomore shooting guard Jamari Phillips announced he was headed to the transfer portal.

Now, with nearly a dozen former Ducks leaving the program, and Dana Altman picking up a half dozen transfers to rebuild his roster, Phillips has officially found his next program: Washington State.

While Phillips never played for Oregon while the team was still in the Pac-12, Altman and the Ducks are no strangers to the Washington State Cougars, one of the two teams that stayed in the conference as everyone else jumped ship.
