BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Georgia man will spend three years in prison for a fraud scheme targeting western New York businesses.
Quentavious Price, 38, of Hampton, GA was sentenced in US District Court for conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Price, along with three co-defendants, traveled from Atlanta, GA to WNY at least three times to steal checks from local businesses. The fraudsters would then create fake checks drawn using the bank information for the accounts of the businesses…
