NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The ongoing severe weather cut power to thousands of Middle Tennessee residents overnight from Monday to Tuesday.
For the Metro Nashville area, Nashville Electric Service reported more than 16,000 customers were without electricity at one point, which had been reduced to just over 13,500 as of 3:30 a.m. Most of those reported outages were in Bellevue and Antioch.
By 9 a.m., power had been restored to many of those affected, leaving 3,600 without electricity. NES reported that full restoration will take most of the day and should be accomplished by 7 p.m…
