A homeless man in Leesburg will appear in court for trespassing at the Social Security office.
An officer spotted 51-year-old Robert Eugene Marks loitering in the Social Security Office parking lot, located at 900 N 14th St. #100, at 9:25 a.m. Sunday, April 19, according to a case report from the Leesburg Police Department.
Marks advised that he was waiting for the bus in the shade due to the sun. However, dispatch advised that he had been previously trespassed on April 5. He was allowed to return to the office during business hours for legitimate reasons only, the report said.
He was subsequently issued a citation for trespass after warning and given a new trespass warning. He is due in court in May…
