PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Jovan James Krause-Depa, who was reported missing by his mother on April 27.
According to police, Jovan, also known as “JJ,” was last seen at his residence on the 1600 block of Lewis Street.
He is known to frequent Hissey Playground as well as the area around Frankford Avenue and East Monmouth Street…
