El Paso judge to weigh conditions for bar’s reopening

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso District Judge Bonnie Rangel will decide what conditions are appropriate for the Dirty Laundry Bar to reopen its doors after a court action closed the business late last month.

Increased security, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certifications for employees, cooperation with law enforcement, and a dress code are some of the requirements the County argued to impose on the bar.
