MILWAUKEE — A street takeover, characterized by dangerous driving and rowdy behavior, has people who live and work in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood shaken up.
Neel Patel, the owner of Bay View Supermarket, was closing the shop late Saturday when he heard tires screeching and engines revving.
