VIVIAN, La. (KSLA) – Five months have passed since former Vivian Police Officer Marc Brock was shot and killed serving a warrant.
His mother, Shirley Brock, said Nov. 14 is a date she will never forget. It’s the day she lost the young man who first made her a mother.
