ROSWELL, Ga. — A management contract with 12 Oaks Parking was approved in a 3-1 vote at the April 27 Roswell City Council meeting with council members Allen Sells and Christine Hall abstaining.
The approval comes one week before the Green Street parking deck opens May 4.
The contract covers operating expenses and management fees throughout the pilot program which will cost more than $188,000 through the end of the year. Contracting services during the pilot program will save Roswell a projected $117,000 compared to what was budgeted for in-house parking operations…
