CINCINNATI (WXIX) – No foul play was suspected after a body was discovered in Over-The-Rhine Monday afternoon, according to Cincinnati police.
Police were called near Washington Park around 5:40 p.m. after scanner traffic described “one male down” near 1230 Elm Street.

“Washington park- 1230 Elm street one male down. Called states they’re on the ground level taking male down through the grates,” scanner traffic said.
Yellow tape was up around the ground-level entrance to the parking garage. Officers were seen questioning people nearby…
