RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 44-year-old man has been hit with several charges, including assault, stalking and kidnapping, after an “investigation of incidents” that took place in March.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers arrested Richard Poindexter on Sunday, April 26, after an attempted assault in the city’s Church Hill area.
