RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — Riviera Beach City Council Member Bruce Guyton threatened City Manager Jonathan Evans to “deal” with the city’s Chief Financial Officer Randy Sherman or face consequences, according to a Notice of Claim letter WPTV obtained.
