EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Drivers heading eastbound on Interstate 10 near the Texas-New Mexico state line are now traveling on new inside lanes after a traffic switch between Anthony and Vinton went into place over the weekend.
TxDOT said crews completed the traffic switch ahead of time and reopened I-10 at about 8:30 Saturday night. The move also brought several ramp closures: the Exit 0 eastbound on-ramp, Exit 1 in Anthony, Exit 2 to get to Vinton, and the Vinton eastbound on-ramp are closed.
