Beth Ann White denied rehearing by Court of Appeals

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A woman who killed a mother and her infant son while driving drunk has been denied a rehearing by the Mississippi Court of Appeals.

On Thursday, the court rejected a request for rehearing by Beth Ann White, who was sentenced to 110 years in prison in May 2024.
