EUGENE, Ore. — ApolloMD leadership testified Tuesday to defend the legality of the coming overhaul of PeaceHealth Oregon’s Lane County emergency departments in their fight against a lawsuit filed by Eugene Emergency Physicians last month.
For a second day, a federal judge heard testimony in the lawsuit against PeaceHealth and ApolloMD at the U.S. District Court in Eugene.
