HONOLULU (KHON2) — MENSHO, the internationally celebrated ramen restaurant founded in Tokyo, is opening its first Hawaii location at Ka Makana Aliʻi in Kapolei!
Known for its award-winning farm-to-bowl philosophy, MENSHO focuses on creating harmony between the five essential elements of ramen: tare, soup, noodles, oil, and toppings.
Founder and Ramen Master Tomoharu Shono says local ingredients are a key part of making each MENSHO location unique, incorporating fresh eggs, vegetables, and other products sourced from nearby farms to create a bowl that reflects Hawaii.
