Gas prices hold steady, but Augusta drivers still feel the impact

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Gas prices across Georgia are holding steady for now, but many drivers in Augusta say it still does not feel cheap.Drivers across Georgia are paying around $3.62 a gallon. While that number has stayed relatively steady, some people say it is still adding up, especially for those who drive every day.“I got to have gas,” said Georgia resident Durance Smith. “If it go down, it’ll help you out a lot. You’ll get a chance to go places, you’ll get a chance to make money.
