Florida Atlantic big man Xander Pintelon signs with Wake Forest

One more addition to the front court was needed and Wake Forest got it with Florida Atlantic big man Xander Pintelon committing to the Demon Deacons after an official visit on Tuesday, Demon Deacon Digest confirmed. DraftExpress’ Jon Chepkevich was the first to report the news.

Standing 6-foot-11, 220 pounds, Pintelon averaged 18.1 minutes per game across the 4 and the 5 for the Owls, scoring 6.2 points per contest and pulling down 3.7 rebounds. He was able to stretch the court for them a bit, taking 97 threes and making 33% of them over the court of the season. A fair amount of his value will come on the defensive side of the court.
