Charlotte woman says her dogs ‘terrorized’ by neighbor’s German shepherds

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Charlotte woman says she and her pets survived a vicious dog attack in their own backyard.

Pamela Bennett now claims city officials aren’t doing enough to keep her neighborhood safe.

Bennett’s backyard camera captured the moment last month when two German shepherds leaped over her fence in northeast Charlotte.
